The County Attorney and his staff may only communicate with Defendants in criminal cases through that Defendant’s attorney. If a Defendant is not represented by an attorney, and the Defendant desires to talk to the County Attorney or a member of his staff, the Defendant will need to complete and have the following form approved by a Judge or Magistrate:
