Courthouse Offices Schedule Until Further Notice

Winneshiek County Board of Health strongly recommends the use of face masks and social distancing.

  • Auditor’s Office open 8:00 am-4:00 pm M-F
  • Assessor’s Office is open
  • The recorder’s office is open to the public with a limit of 2 customers at a time allowed in the office.  We are accepting passport applications – calling for an appointment is suggested, 563/382-3486
  • Treasurer’s Office by appointment only 563-382-3753
  • Secondary Roads by appointment only 563-382-2951
  • Veterans Affairs by appointment only 563-382-5786
  • Sanitarian by appointment only 563-387-4120
