On Sat. Sept. 23, the Winneshiek Co. Recorder’s Office will be open to process passports for busy families and people who can’t make it in during the week! You will need the following documents: YOUR CERTIFIED BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR EXPIRED PASSPORT, 2 SEPARATE CHECKS, AND YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE.  (Sorry no debit cards). If your driver’s license is from another state, we will need one additional form of ID, (College ID, Health card, Charge card etc.)   Please visit the web-site or call for specific information regarding children 16 and under.

You will also need a passport photo. We do take these at our office for a fee of $10.00.
